The transaction data below uses a calculated column called Request Month to group data.
I would like the data to be sorted sequentially by month oldest month on the left and newest month on the right. Thus Mar2019 which is the oldest month should be on the far right while Feb2021 should be on the far left.
I have tried the sort by "Request Month" dropdown options in the image below

Do you have month number column in your date table? Month year column should be sorted by a month year sort column.
