Sorting on a combo chart with new release

Since the new release It appears can't sort combo chart if Axis is a Numerical Series including DATEs. Works fine with TEXT if you have sort by set up.

 

See this solution I posted in the community forums for details.  Here is a link to a PBIX file that demonstrates the problem. Sort is there if you chose Last N Days Text, Week, or other TEXT field in date table but if you select Date or Last N Days (as a number) there sort options don't appear in the visual ... menu.

Hi @Seward12533,

 

In your scenario, you need to change the X-Axis type as Categorical, then the sort menu is available if the X axis has date or number values. Please doanload atatched pbix file to test it.
