Hi all
I would need your help over here.
I tried sorting the order of the customer satisfaction score (Very unsatisfied -> Very satisfied) using the three button options at the top right side of the graph, but to no avail.
This is what it looks like
I have also tried creating a new table (CSAT Weight) with the CSAT score and add an index column.
I created a relationship between two tables (CSAT Weight and Sheet1) and tried configuring the axis.
Alas, it still produced the above first sorting order.
Is there a way to sort from the following 'Very Unsatisfied', 'Unsatisfied', Neutral', 'Satisfied', 'Very Satisfied' order?
What am I missing over here?
Thank you!!

Hi @Yuka ,
You are on the right track.
Good job on creating the index.
Next step is selecting the CSAT column and sort it by index which you can on Column tools.
Once you did that, it will be arranged according to your index.
Hope this helps

Hi @mussaenda
Really thanks for the tip! I realised that i have been clicking 'Sort column' by the 'Index' column instead of 'CSAT' column which is the reason why I could not get the sort order that I wanted.
How do I get passed the auto sort feature on the visual?
