I have a column MonthYear, which contains data as follows. How to sort this column according to below.

I am not sure how your calendar table looks like, but in my opinion, one more column is needed to sort this.
Once you have the additional column like below, you can sort your MonthYear column by the newly -created-column.
The newly-created column is just a combination of year number & month number.
