Hi all
I have a Matrix with Retailer names across the top (column names)
products classification down the left (row names)
and Year to Date values as Values
What I need to do is have the Retailer names in order of the sum of the colum totals
so that when I select to show only the 3 retailers I get the 3 with the highest sales and not the 3 who beging with "A"
Is this possible

Hi @LUCASM
I've gone through the sample file, but sorry to tell you it's not accessible in the Matrix.

Hi @LUCASM
you might consider creating pbix file that will contain some sample data (remove the confidential info), upload the pbix to onedrive for business and share the link to the file. Please do not forget to describe the expected results based on this sample data.
Hi @v-diye-msft
As suggested I have uploaded a link to a demo file.
This contains some sample data and a text box showing the expected output.
I couldn't use OneDrive for Business due to company restrictions on Sharing, so this is on my Personal OneDrive
It would be good to know if the file can be accessed as expected.

I doubt that is possible.
