Sort 100% Stacked Column Chart by descending order based on count of 1 of the legend values

I'm trying to sort my data by order of the highest to lowest based on 1 on the "positive" value so that it looks a bit neater

 

The data is from 2 tables (1 has the X axis values and the other is the sentiment as I needed to be able to sort the sentiment in that particular order)

I'm trying to steer clear of creating any measures just for the sake of sorting as it's too messy but is there a way to do this within t
