I had a free Power BI account using my company email address. My company switched over to a Microsoft 365 business account, so I closed my free Power BI account hoping to re-open the account and connect it to our Microsoft 365 business account.
Now, every time I try to log in, I get an image with an Owl and the message "Something Went Wrong Please Try Again Later." This has been going on for about a week. I've tried closing / deleting my Power BI account from the Microsoft 365 Admin Portal and from the Power BI portal. I've tried re-signing up with my email address, I've tried adding the free Power BI license to my Microsoft 365 account. I've tried clearing my browser cache, different browsers (Edge, Chrome, Safari), I've tried incognito windows.
All attemptes yield the same result.

Hi @daveweis ,
Did you mean that when you use free account or Microsoft 365 business account, this problem both occur? You might need to clear the cache and restart the browser to test again, if this problem still exist, I suggest you could post this problem in Issues forum or you could open a support ticket for this. By the way, you also could refer to https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/Something-went-wrong-Please-try-again-later-Error/td-p/7037... and https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/Something-went-wrong-Please-try-again-later/td-p/865949/pag... for details.
