Smartsheet Sign In Issue

 

I am having an issues similar to the one found here:

The difference is that is acknowledges that I am signed in.

I have other Smartsheet connected Power BI files that work correctly. This is the first time I have recieved this. I refreshed one of my working files to see if any errors would populate but none did.

 

I will attempt to reinstall although it does not appear that it is a confirmed solve. Has this issue been investigated further?

have you try using the button to 'Sign in as different user' and then putting your credentials again? it usually solves this for me in SharePoint

I just tried it again but it worked this time. Thank you for getting me to attempt it again before reinstalling. Not sure why it prompted me in the first place. A issue I still hope they look into.
