Slicers in the form of rotary knobs or dials?

Is it possible to have a slicer looking like a rotary knob or a dial/gauge of some kind? I searched the visuals marketplace and the internet in general but couldn't find anything useful. Has anyone tried something along those lines? This is purely for visual asthetics. I understand that fundamentally even a simple slider will achieve the same result. I know that it's possible to do custom visuals using Python and R code but I haven't tried that nor am I aware of such a visual in either of those languages so far with regards to data visualization or analysis. Just wanted to know if it's possible. Thank you.

@pborah I have not seen anything like that. Good idea. I actually created a Microsoft Gadget way back in the day that did this but not sure if I still have the javascript code for that.
