Slicer with YYYYMM showing wrong dates

Hi,

I have a date slicer with YYYYMM dates like this:

From 201601 to 201807

But when I use the slicer, it shows dates from YYYY13 to YYYY99 until change the new year. But I don't have these dates in my date table, I only have from YYYY01 to YYYY12.

Why Power BI are showing these values in the slicer if they don't exist?

Thanks in advance!

Regards!

Is it actually formatted as a date, or is it formatted as a number? If it's the latter and you're using the range slicer this should be intended behaviour really

Actually it's formatted as whole number. But if I change it to date, I don't find the correct format:

Any workaround to solve this problem?

Thanks in advance!
