Slicer vs Filter Pane

After the January release i've been working and trying to remove slicers fron my reports where ever possible to give the report space for other visuals. 

I'm facing an issue in one situatin where i'm not able to remove slicer at all. Any workaround or ideas are most welcome.

I have 2 slicers and 2 Line charts on a page in such a manner that 1st slicer interacts with 1st line chart and 2nd slicer interacts with 2nd line chart. Slicers do not slice each other as well. a selection in each slicer will only slice\filter the data in the corresponding chart only.

Is this possible with Filter Pane somehow?

Based on my test, the filter pane can meet your requirement. You can set two filter based on the two visuals. Suppose the two visuals are based on same column. If you apply different filter on the to visuals, they will not affect with each other. For more details, you may refer to: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/power-bi-report-filter-preview
