Slicer on Duplicate and Intersecting Rows

Hi I'm trying to create a slicer for a table with multiple groupings that have intersections and even duplicates.

My problem is that because of the duplicates and intersections, when I have a table that shows all of the data, PowerBI is adding up the duplicates as well.

I have attached an image below of what my data looks like, with Cluster being the column I would want to slice for, and Brand having duplicates.

Any advice is appreciated!

I'm not so clear for your requirement, can you please explain more about this with some sample data and expected result?
