Slicer not refreshing for user unless manually intervened

Hi,

 

We have Dashboard that users are accessing via the Apps, this also hasRow Level Security so users will only see customers based on their role assigned to them; within this Dashboard we have slicers for the calendar i.e. Year, Month Day.

For one of our users when they open the App the Month Slicer is not showing all the months i.e. it will be missing 9 (September) but if they click on the  Refresh Button AvPowerBI_0-1631606076224.png  the month 9 will show.

When they close the browser and access the App again the month 9 will not be showing!?

Any ideas what is going on?

User did clearing the cache but that did not work, they then updated to the latest version of Google Chrome and this worked, the issue also happened with IE, Edge as well, very strange behavior.

Are there any problems after clearing the cache?

Is there only one user with this problem? Should he see September or shouldn't he see? Have you logged into several different accounts in the same browser at the same time?

@AvPowerBI  So, The problem disappeared after updating to the new version, did it?

@AvPowerBI , Strange. Please ask the user to clear the browser cache and try again.

Hi @amitchandak 

Any recommendations on when clearing browser cache (user is using Chrome) which selections to make? Or just use the below Default selections?
