Slicer filter another slicer

I have slicer with name of months. Data of slicer looks like:

| Month | Number |
|---------------|----------|-
| November2018 | -3 |
| December2018 | -2 |
| January2019 | -1 |
| February2019 | 0 |
| Mart2019 | 1 |
| Aprel2019 | 2 |
| May2019 | 3 |

0 is current month.
And I have 2 more slicers:  "Number of months before",  "Number of monther after" with data like:
Table1

| Number |
|----------|
| 1 |
| 2 |
| 3 |
| 4 |
| 5 |

And table 2

| Number |
|----------|
| 1 |
| 2 |
| 3 |
| 4 |
| 5 |

So when user picks value 1 in "Number of months before" and value 2 in "Number of months after", expected result of slicer with month's names would be:

| January2019 |
| February2019 |
| Mart2019 |
| Aprel2019 |

I do not find ways to do it, Does it possible in PowerBI?

@Dmitriy,

No, you may drag Number from the same table and Use the numeric range slicer.
