How to create selectable Slicers/Filters between 2 dates with times.
In the database there is only one field as a DateTime that I need to filter on.
Example
3/1/2019 6:00:00 AM - 3/2/2019 5:59 AM
Hi,
This will require transformations in the Query Editor. Share the data in a format which can be pasted in MS Excel. Also, do you need the time stamp or can that be removed?
This is the way the data looks. I need to create slicers/filters on the report that will get me the data between 2 dates including the time
3/1/2019 6:00:00 AM - 3/2/2019 7:00:00 AM
From the data below this would return 14 Rows
3/1/2019 4:00:00 AM 3/1/2019 5:00:00 AM 3/1/2019 6:00:00 AM 3/1/2019 7:00:00 AM 3/1/2019 8:00:00 AM 3/1/2019 9:00:00 AM 3/1/2019 10:00:00 AM 3/1/2019 11:00:00 AM 3/1/2019 12:00:00 PM 3/1/2019 1:00:00 PM 3/1/2019 2:00:00 PM 3/1/2019 3:00:00 PM 3/1/2019 4:00:00 PM 3/1/2019 5:00:00 PM 3/2/2019 6:00:00 AM 3/2/2019 7:00:00 AM 3/2/2019 8:00:00 AM 3/2/2019 9:00:00 AM 3/2/2019 10:00:00 AM 3/2/2019 11:00:00 AM

Hi,
So, you want to create 2 slicer, one for date and another for time? Am i correct? Also, if the time is from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM then why should the time stamp for 3/1/2019 start from 4:00 AM and why should it stop at 5:00 PM? Just not clear.
