Showing values only for what is selected in slicer

see duplicate of performance by Question tab.  I am trying to show the verbiage for each question for only  on what title is selected in the slicer.  Right now it's showing all of them.  It seems its a relationship issue ,but I can't figure it out.  I've attached the pbi file for assistance.
