Showing remaining values at the end of the axis on scatter plot

I am modeling some cost per hour and utilization percentage data on a scatter plot with quadrants. I have been trying to use the MAQ software custom quadrant visual and the default Power BI visual. I am trying to get the visual to display the points based on utilization from 0 to 100%. There are some points that exceed the 100% limit, and I would like to represent them all at the end of the utilization axis near the 100% mark with the quadrants being separated by the 50% mark. Currently, I can either set the bounds for the axis' up to 100% but it cuts off and does not display the remaining data. If I leave it on auto there is a 250% mark for the quadrant divider.

My approach is to create another measure and add it to the X axis.

100% limit = 
IF(
    [Percentage] >= 1,
    1,
    [Percentage]
)

@Anonymous I think you need to work in your % measure with some formula when it is above 500%, make these some value closer to 100%, and then you can use tooltip to show actual %. I'm not sure there is any other way to show % above 100% closer to 100%
