Showing Percentages instead of decimal places

Hi all, 

In the excel document that I have loaded to Power BI, the below field is in %s. I went into transform data and converted the column to % and they are now showing up %s. 

However, when I try to display them in the stack column chart like below, it only shows up as a decimal and not %s. 

How do I convert these figures so they show up as %s?

@dineshj , In column/ measure tools you have option to mark the column as %
