Showing Exposure by Time

I'm trying to show gross exposure over time. For 2018, I want to total all of my gross exposure numbers. The next year, those numbers will be smaller because I have less commitments.

Is there an "IF" function or CALCULATE function where I can total all exposure (for all years) to show that I have the most exposure in 2018. Then it will decrease as the time goes on.

I have a column for lease end date and beside it I have a column for gross exposure.

Want to show it in a bar chart with years on the bottom

Hi @lrhoffer,

Could you please tell me if your problem was resolved? Could you please share the answer or mark the proper answer as solution if it's convenient for you? That will be a help to the others.

Best Regards!

Hi @lrhoffer,

Could you please post a sample in text mode? We could use "SUM" to get the total. Are there data of "the time goes on"? Or prediction?

Best Regards!
