Showing Entities that Deviate from the Average

Hello! I'm new to Power BI and currently stuck on my task. I'd like to develop a report in which I can show entities which deviate from the average in different colours. For instance, the entities whose price deviate more than 15% should be coloured red, between 0% and 15% yellow, and 0 and below green. I calculated the average, but I don't know how to "automatically" calculate deviation for each entity and show them in different colours. Attached you'll find some demo dataset that I'm currently working on. I'd appreciate any help, thank you in advance!

Please provide sanitized sample data that fully covers your issue. If you paste the data into a table in your post or use one of the file services it will be easier to work with. Please show the expected outcome.
