Showing Average values per row along with date dimension

Hello all,

I have this scenario ,  where in i want to display the average unitprice by row with date dimension...

what i have is: 

Date	Item	Unit price
01-05-2018	Item1	10
01-08-2018	Item1	12
01-05-2018	Item2	12
01-08-2018	Item2	14

what i want is an Average price in all rows for each specific items as below:

as we can see Item1 has two entries on 2 different dates and their cost is 10 + 12, and 2 entries hence 22/2 = 11

,hence averaging out to 11

Date	Item	Unit price	AveragePrice
01-05-2018	Item1	10	11
01-08-2018	Item1	12	11
01-05-2018	Item2	12	13
01-08-2018	Item2	14	13

Please help ...

Calculate(Avergae(table[unit price]),allexcept(table[item]))
