i have a visualization that shows project margin maintained for last 3 months.
i display both gross and net margin for the said time period.
right now when i create a clustered column chart, it segregates project by month name to show last 3 months and shows bars for gross and net margin per month. So chart has 3 pairs of 2 bars (for gross and net margin)
is there a way to show 2 pair of 3 bars (1 pair for gross margin for last 3 months and other for net margin for last 3 months)?
i am new to power Bi and trying to create impactful charts.
any help is appreciated.
thank you,
PD

You may have to unpivot the data to get both NetMargin and GrossMargin into one column with an additional column - MarginType indicating whether it's NetMargin or GrossMargin. This way, you can use MarginType on Axis and Months as Legend.
