Is possible to show two values in each bar of a bar chart?
In my case, I need to show the percentages and the number of obsevations in each part of year and gender.
Right now, I'm not able to show the both values at same time.

We cannot achieve that currently. We can create a measure as below and use tooltiop to work around.
Percent = var p = SUM('Table'[value])
var d = CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[value]),ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[Year]))
return
DIVIDE(p,d)
