Show target sales monthly from Jan to Dec for the year from the last date in the date filter

I am trying to find a dynamic solution to show target sales for the whole 12 months irrespective of the date selected in the date filter but only the year is taken as a filter. 

It works for me when I remove interaction to this visual from the date filter and set the year manually as 2019 in the visual filter of the graph. I need to make it automatic so the year is picked up from the date slicer.

I was able to solve myself by creating a secondary date table with two new measures using USERELATIONSHIP.
