Show row counts in related tables

Struggling with this one!

I have shown a row count for a table visual by creating a simple COUNT measure and putting this in a card and positioning it at the top of the table visual that I want to count:Row counts show nicelyRow counts show nicelyBut when I click a subset of courses it only changes one of the countsBut when I click a subset of courses it only changes one of the counts

Visual Interactions are all set to filter.  Any ideas?  Is there an easier way?  Don't really want complex DAX 🙂
