Show only current year and last year at the column of matrix

Hi, 

I only want to show the latest two years, depending on the slicer, on the column of a matrix table. Let's 

as of now, all previous years were showing. what i want is that when i choose 2018 on the sliceer it will only show 2018 and 2017. if 2019, then show 2019 and 2018 only.

I'm afraid other visuals will be filtered by what has been selected in the slicer. So when you selected one year in a slicer, other visuals will be only filtered by one year.
