Hi my goal is to get the below calculation:
In POWER BI, it's aggregating the rows that's why it's showing 495. Is there a way to create a calculation to show the actual value (not the aggregated) without using aggregated functions.

You can achieve it by the following methods, please find the details in the attachment.
1. Don't summarize option
2. Create a column with unique values: add an index column just as suggested by @amitchandak or create a rank calculated column just as the one in the below threads
