Show last month of quarter

Hi All,

I would like a formula where i can show Q1 as March total and not the cumulative or summation of all three months. Also, that Q2 would use June last recorded total number of employees. Since we wantt to create a "current view" of what the number of employees would look like.

This is what i would like to achieve:

Hey,

this article describes in great detail how you can accomplish what you are looking for:

https://www.sqlbi.com/articles/semi-additive-measures-in-dax/

The "problem/challenge" you are facing is called semi additive measure.

Hopefully this provides you with some ideas.

If not, please provide a pbix file that contains sample data and represents your data model. Upload the file to onedrive or dropbox and share the link.

Regards,

Tom
