Show/hide series eg min max median on time series line chart

Is this possible? I'm beginning to think it's not!

I've got a timeseries like this, x axis is date, y axis is a calculation of a single column, so multiple series based on the same column, rather than using the legend. I'd like a slicer/button to show/hide and recalcuate the y axis. The difficulty is that there are various slicers which filter the y axis values (for example, think supplier, type of customer), otherwise I'd just reshape the data elsewhere and put min/max/median/mean as a legend value. Frustrating because it seems so simple!

Not really sure what your issue is but if you enable "Personalize visuals" all your problems will go away.
