Show every nth row of a table

So I have a table of financial data and one of the rows called [Development] is a number 1 to 40.

I have a visual which shows financial data based on this development column.

My users want the option to the data by 4th row, so instead of 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 they would see 1 4 7 10 13

Is there an easy way to do this?
