Hello,
I want to show contract value in a table per month. The contract has a begin date and an end date.
Contract table
Start date Eind date Value per month
Contract A 01-01-2018 31-05-2019 1500
Contract B 01-02-2019 01-02-2020 1000
I have a date table.
How can I present value per month for the year 2019 in a dynamic solution?
Hi @Anonymous ,
We can create a measure to get the excepted result. Please note here we should not create relationship between the fact table and the date table. After that, just filter the visual based on the measure as below.
Measure = VAR mincd = MIN ( 'date'[Date] ) VAR maxcd = MAX ( 'date'[Date] ) VAR std = MAX ( 'Contract table'[Start date] ) VAR endd = MAX ( 'Contract table'[End date] ) RETURN IF ( mincd >= std && maxcd <= endd, 1, BLANK () )
Thank you,
This is not what I am looking for. When I make a chart then I see only the value in the month and not per month.
Is there a way that I can present the value per month as a sum value?
