Show change in column value over another field - i.e. date, etc.

The waterfall report shows changes across time (or some other axis value) - is there a way to get that delta in a table or matrix instead of via waterfall report?  For example - on 1/1/2019 we have a value of 100.  On 1/2/2019 - we have a value of 102.  Would want to show '2' since it increased by 2.   That's it.  Note - these are not 2 different fields - realize I can use DAX to subtract one field from another - this is just showing day-over-day change for a field like in the Waterfall report -- but users need to see the '2' in a table/matrixs (and filter) by the diff.  There may also be instances like Monday and Friday where it is not always the prior day.

Similar example: We have tickers for which we receive prices from multiple vendors on a daily basis.

i.e. We receive prices from 4 vendors for ticker ABC. 

We would like to show the difference (actual and as a %) between the different data sources in a matrix.

Just display the difference between current record and record to the left.  So, for Ticker ABC - would show difference between Bloomberg and IDC in column IDC.  This is needed to reconcile data.

Want to make this dynamic so if user chooses only 2 pricing sources it will calculate the difference between those two.  But, if three are chosen then if will show the difference between  1 and 2 -- then 2 and 3.

Basically want this to work like Tableau (not trying to promote Tableau -- just wanted to show example of how it should work).  You can simply choose 'Difference' and it will show the difference.  That's it.  Maybe I'm missing something and this is already available in Power BI? 

We'd prefer to not write DAX to do this as we have literally hundreds of these types of numerical fields - as we're a finance company - and we want to see how #s change and to recon when we have different values for the same holding/ticker/asset.

Current power bi matrix visual not support to auto analyse different between column fields.
You need to write formula to manually calculate it.

BTW, your source files stored text value. it is impossible to auto loop these records without any index fields.(date,number fields can use themselves as index to looping)
