I was able to use this well with visualizations which has columns. I am also trying to replicate this with a Measure that is put inside a kpi box?

here is the tweaked version of the DAX script i used:

Force Month Select = CALCULATE(IF(ISCROSSFILTERED(Toronto_PCL_F20),1,0),ALLSELECTED(Toronto_PCL_F20))
