Show all customer records in Table Visual

Hello,

I am trying to list for a specific sales territory every customer record that we have along with those customers QTD Sales.

QTD Net Sales = TOTALQTD([Net Sales], 'Date'[Date])

When I add the above measure to my table visual, any customer without a record of sale in this time frame is excluded from the list.  How can I circumvent this?

The goal here is to show what customers have yet to be called/contacted in the current quarter, showing us where there could be opportunity.

The columns in the table are as follows:
CustomerID, Customer Name, QTD Sales, LQTD Sales, QTD Variance, QTD Variance %

Filter by Sales Territory

Sales Table: Customer ID, Customer Name

Territory Table: Sales Territory. This is connected to the sales talbe by the territory field (one to many).

Thanks so much!
