I have a list of values and I want to compare the two and show in a table the variation,
but i want to show it ghraphically like this
I know its possible with the var char funtion or something like that
Please I need help!

You need to create a measure similar to this:
var = SWITCH ( TRUE (); [Variation] > 0,1; UNICHAR ( 9650 ); [Variation] < 0; UNICHAR ( 9660 ); UNICHAR ( 9644 ) )
Don't know the limits for you to consider positive or negative you can change the 0,1 and 0 to whatever values fit your desired result.
Then using the conditional formating you can select the colors.
