Show/Hide a visual on Power BI based on a measure

I want to hide a donut chart (Visual) based on a measure .

Per exemple if my measure is less than 10, I want to hide the visual and display a text box.

Is this trick possible on Power BI . Thanks in advance.

Thank you.

Aparna

@AparnaJ I have a similar post that is based on the blank() value but you can tweak it and check any value to hide.

I'm Sorry but this is not the answer to the question.
The question was to hide/unhide a graph not How to make its content invisible.
