Hi!
This is a question for Navision 2015 Users
My Company likes to report sales by Customer and sales by specific shipping locations for customers within the same report.
there are 3 Navision Tables I am trying to link specifically to the Value Entry Table.
Customer Table
All customer Information is entered here along with a Unique Customer No.
Relationship to Ship-to Address is
'Customers'[No_] 1----* 'Ship-to Addresses'[Customer No_ ]
Ship-to Address
Has distinct Shipping addresses for Customers in the Shipping Table.
There are no Unique identifiers in this Table as 1 Customer Number can have Multiple shipping address
I have not been able to link this table successfully to the Value Entry table to Report Sales by Shipping Location.
Sales Invoice Header
The only Unique Identifier in Sales Invoice Header is the Invoice No.
Customer Number, Customer Name, Shipping Name, Shipping all repeat.
'Sales Invoice Header'[No_] 1-----* 'Value Entry'[Document Number]
I am having issues finding a relationship between Ship-to Addresses and Value Entry.
Value Entry
Is the main table that has Sales data I need to report.
in here only Document Number is able to be referenced to the Invoice Number.. as I have Linked to the Sales Invoice Header
But Also the Source No_ (which can be referenced to the Customer Number in the Customer Table is also available)
what am I doing wrong here?
It seems that the answer is not linking the Customer Number from the Customer table directly to the Value Entry Table.
but I have tried everything.. I know it is probably simple but I am not seeing it.
Any help would be greatly Appreciated!
Hi @jortega8809,
Your relationship seems right, I'm not so sure why it not available, can you please share some sample data to test?
