Sharing report to large audiences

Hi All, 

We are looking for a suitable sharing method to a big group of users. 

We came across some blogs/ posts and found that creating a new "Workspace" or "Email distribution list" for this group of members are one of the best option. 

But are there any other better options apart from these? We are aiming at sharing a link and it allows anyone with the link to view (but restricted only to anyone from the organisation).

As for as I known, to share reports/dashboards/dataset to a large end users, there are methods below:

1.

Share dashboard/ share reports to distribution groups, or security groups,

check "send email notification to recipients",

end users will receive a shared link and they can click on the link to navigate to the shared report/ dashboard.

2.

Create app workspace and end users as members.

3.

Create an App workspace, publish datasets/reports and create dashboards here,

publish apps from this app workapce and share this app to individuals/groups.

After publishing the app, users will be able to access it immediately.

However, you can share the link with them to make it easier for them to access;
