Sharing desktop report file

Good morning

Yesterday our partner of microsoft comes to our office, and tell us that under a changes of licence the files generated with PowerBi Desktop (pbix) cant be shared under any method (for example email, usb..) . if we dont have a Pro Licence, that makes not sence to us, but i wanna a confirmation of that.

It depends. You could also take a look at Power BI Premium.

Depends of?... i just wanna know if i can take a .pbix file created with Power BI desktop, put it in a shared folder or send it via email, and dont incurre to a problem with licences...

As far as I know, that won't be a problem. But make sure it complies with your company security policy.
