Sharepoint Gateway Connection Failure

After publishing a file from Power BI desktop to the app.powerbi.com, I am not able to reload my application successfully.  I currently have a connection to a sharepoint folder as well as a web source in my power bi desktop application.  When i add the sources to the "manage gateway" on app.powerbi.com, the web sources can connect but Sharepoint provides an error:

Have tried a few of the troubleshooting options such as the OAuth and Orgnizational settings, as well as the check box for web/cloud settings on the Manage Gateway settings.

Thanks

@Anonymous ,

I think you have mix sharepoint online and sharepoint on-premises, you're connecting to sharepoint online folder, not on-premises, right? In this senario, you don't need to configure data gateway, to refresh the dataset, just go to datasets-> data source credentials and input the sharepoint credentials.

@Anonymous ,

Have you configured the web source credential correctly in the dataset settings?

Thanks @v-yuta-msft , I have been able to get the connection to work successfully when it is the single source within the PBIX file.  However, the error that i posted occurs during the Refresh/connection attempt when I try to set it up with an app that contains multiple sources other than sharepoint.  In my case, web sources.

Thanks!
