Hi @WCONGRAVE,
Hi I have a report that has multiple visuals which all share a hierarchy. When a user drills down on one of them, the others all get filtered to a that single value. Can we set visuals to maintain the same level of drilldown as each other if they share a hierarchy?
I'm a little confused about your scenario. What is "share a hierarchy"?
As I know, if you have drill down in one visual, it won't have interaction with other visuals.
If it is convenient, could you share a dummy pbix file which can reproduce the scenario, so that we can help further investigate on it? You can upload it to OneDrive and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.)

Hi,
thanks for your reply. I've mocked up an example with dummy data (link below). There's 4 charts, all of which use the same Hierarchy (REGION HIERARCHY - Region>Area>Site) on the Axis/Legend. When a user drills into one of them, I'd like all of the others to also drill down to the next level.
Hope that makes things clearer, I appreciate you looking at this.

Hi @WCONGRAVE,
Do you want to get the drill down filter like below?
If it is, you could refer to this document about Drill-down one field at a time.

Cherry
No. Thats the issue I've got. When I drill into one of the visuals, I'd like all of the others to drill down at the samne time - otherwise they are effectively useless as they only show one value.
I'm having the same problem. I have multiple matrixes on the same page and all have the same hierarchy - Business Unit>Functional Area. When I drill down on a Business Unit it shows the Functional Areas for that Business Unit. By using "Drilling filters other visuals" when I drill down all of the visuals show the same Business Unit. However, to show the Functional Areas for the Business Unit I have to individually go to each visual and drill down. I need to be able to drill down on one and have all of the drill down to the Functional Areas for that Business Unit.
Did you solve this yet? because I have the same problem!
Yes, it's very infuriating. I actually thought I'd put my initial post on the Ideas forum, so I'll move it there!
I've just seen it's already been added as idea. Vote on the below
