Setting slicer value automatically based on other slicer selection

I would like to dynamically select slicers(Slicer A) value based on another slicer(Slicer B) selection. Right now we need to go and explicitly select the value from slicer A after selecting the value from slicer B. I want this extra step for a specific use case I have. Also, once the slicer value is cleared on slicer B, the same thing should happen on slicer A.

FYI, I tried Chiclet slicer and turned on the "Forced selection" option. This works fine when there are matching values between both the slicers. However, when there is no matching value in slicer A(which is chiclet slicer), the previously selected will stay there because of "forced selection" and when we clear the slicer A, slicer B will still be selected with the previous value.

I want slicer A to be in sync with slicer B.

Appreciate if anyone can help me with their ideas.

Thanks,

Srikanth

Instead of Slicers, could you not use bookmarks? (assuming that there are not a ton of items in the Slicers).

As of now slicers do not support this feature. However you can post this to the power bi ides.

Slicer default selections are pretty limited but would need sample/example data and expected result to be specific
