Set a season year for reports

Hello,

I am starting to build two new reports.  The first is simple because it is based on calendar years so the filter creation is very easy.

I am at a loss as to how to do the second one as it needs filter on seasonal years.  In our business, our harvest year is from April 1st to March 31st of the following year.  Is there a tool that allows me to create a different type of "year" for reporting that is different from a calendar year?

Thank you
