Select a single value in a filter with multiple variables

I created filter with two variable: first level (FAMILLE) level below (SOUS FAMILLE)
I want to force the selection of a single value from the level below (SOUS FAMILLE) and not be able to select a whole category as in the photo attached

Single slection on Hierarchies don't work.  Singke select only works on one level of hierarchy. If you apply singles select it applies to  FAMILLE level but not on SOUS FAMILLE.

Please consider this solution and leave kudos

 

Click on the PIECES box.  This will deselect all PIECES.
Then click on PORC. This will just select PORC.

 

Click the left arrow next to SAUCISSERIE to expand SAUCISSERIE without selecting it
