Secondary y axis on line chart?

Hi all,

I enabled secondary y-axis on a line chart and am looking to add a measure, but the chart won't accept any values in that field. Am I missing something very simple?

@RMDNA - Perhaps a screen shot would help but I would first make certain that  your measure is numeric and not text.
