Second monitor problem

Hello 

I have problem when  i move the power BI to my second monitor ,its not clear, this problem apperaed yesterday but before every thing was ok . Please Check the picture

This is a pc resolution issue. Please select the other monitor and select the recommended resolution settings in display settings like below:
