Hi there,
Does anyone know how to solve this problem I am having?
I am trying to extract multiple keywords from many line descriptions.
I have one spreadsheet that lists the keywords and another sheet with the raw data. This includes a column of transactional data with the keywords included in the description depending on the type of transaction. I wish to then categorise this spend into key buckets.
The formula so far is:
Keyword = CALCULATE (FIRSTNONBLANK(Keywords[Keyword Search],1),FILTER(Keywords,Keywords[Mega Category]= 'AP and CC merged data'[MegaCatFinal] && SEARCH(Keywords[Keyword Search],'AP and CC merged data'[Description],,0)>0))
It seems to work reasonably well at pulling out the keyword however one of the search words is tax and it is pulling up all words that include tax in it (such as taxi). Does anyone know an expression that would find disctinct words instead of contains the text.
I would greatly appreciate your help,
Thank you!!!
