Search Function - Visual

I have a question about filtering with text

With the normal filter options, there is the possibility to search for a specific text or word and then filter for it

Is there a way to incorporate this function in a visual?

With a Slicer I only have a Drop-Down-Menu but i want to search for a specific text or word

You can import text filter visual from power bi marketplace
