Scroll bars and narrowed columns

Greetings PowerBI Community,

We've built several reports and dashboards, published them to our Server.

When I tested them, from my end, all those run well---all the tables, matrix are neat and tidy.

But when our customers open those dashboards from their own ends, there are always scroll bars on the right side of Matrix  Visualization.Just as follow:

Even worse, columns in matrix or table would be narrowed-not all columns, randomly this or that column.

We don't know what causes these "scroll bar" and "narrowed column" problems. When I opened dashboard or reports from my end, they still run well.

Plus:I've checked settings of monitors, nothing wrong

Can anyone help me on these problem?

Hi @jia

Which version of your Power BI Desktop, which are your users' ?

Do you create reports with Power BI Desktop, then save to Power BI Report server?

Best Regards
Maggie

Hi Maggie,

Thank you for your response!

FYI-we design reports with Power BI desktop (version:2.68.5432.841 64-bit(April 2019)--it updates automatically) and publish them to Power BI Online Server, so other people(not developers) can use them online.

We built reports based on our central dataset on Power BI online server

Thanks again !

Jia
