Script Error Occurs When Connecting Power BI to Salesforce

Someone on my team is trying to connect Power BI to Salesforce reports. We he tries to login to Salesforce using a shared login he gets the following script error.

An error has occurred in the script on this page

Line:22

Char:3698

Error:Unable to get property 'useldp' of undefined or null reference

Is there anyway to correct this? It works fine for me.

Are you using the same shared login account and same latest version of Power BI Desktop? Since you can connect to the same Salesforce reports successfully, it seems that there is no problem both on Power BI and Salesforce side. Maybe you can let him try to uninstall and reinstall Power BI Desktop to see if it will work.

Best Regards,

Herbert

Yes we are using the same shared login and version of Power BI.  We tried uninstalling and still were not able to sign in to update the data when we reinstalled.

Could you please take a look at this thread? Someone got the same error message as you and has found the cause of it.

Maybe you can try the same solution to see if it also works for you.

Best Regards,

Herbert
